Writers Citadel: Rules and guidelines.
This forum was created for private use by a group of friends sharing an interest in writing and fan-fiction. Usual forum rules apply with respect to the treatment of members and guests alike.
We do not advertise or promote our site to anyone other than selected friends and family, although the forum is accessible via the web. Joining is by invite only, however if you have stumbled upon this forum and wish to join then we will of course allow it. But there may be some areas or stories that are restricted.
Forum screen names should not contain swearing or any other disrespectful or hateful words including any racist content.
Stories do not have to pass any standards set by the site administrators. However any infringement will be removed.
The ratings of stories and works on this forum are not restricted however when creating a story, a clear rating should be placed within the title post or beginning paragraph. IE) PG 13
Sexual content should be restricted to acceptable mainstream themes, and a warning should accompany the rating. Slash will not be tolerated however if it is an original work then it is acceptable, though not particularly welcome.
Criticism is an important tool for a writer; however excessive and insulting flaming and/or criticism will not be accepted.
If you have any problem regarding site content or with another member and/or guest of the site please contact a site administrator and we will endeavour to resolve the issue in the best interests of all parties.
As our title suggests we created this little hidden away forum as a haven for budding writers to share and work together in this wonderful hobby that is creative writing, so we are not bound by strict rules and all rules and guidelines are subject to change.
